Welcome to the inaugural episode of Mentally Speaking! Raising mental health awareness one mind at a time. Contrary to popular belief, uncomfortable feelings, like depression, anxiety and frustration, are not something to avoid or talk yourself out of. In fact, the opposite is true. They exist to make sure you get your needs met. In this episode, you’ll learn how to cope with negative feelings and gain a better understanding of yourself by understanding what it means to be human.
